He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Campbell (David) of Stanford, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Reed and Makayla Campbell; his sisters, Lois Hollon of Beattyville and Charlotte Chadwell of London, Kentucky; and his close friend Jake Mays of Beattyville, Kentucky. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
