It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William G. Buckman of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on May 21, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan Buckman; his brother Donald; his nieces, Kathy Hook and Donna Cambron; and his parents, Paul Buckman and Mary Buckman.

He is survived by: his close friend Cheryl Vasser; his children, Bill (Avery), Luke (Samantha), John (Lindsay) and Dulce LeSage of Lexington; and his siblings, John (Judy) of Sellersburg, IN, Maureen Hook of Louisville and Joetta Buckman of Atlanta. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
