He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Rader Bowles; his sister Frances; his daughter Angela Bowles Meyer-McLeroy (John); his grandchildren, Matthew Daniel Meyer and Cassie Meyers-Burns; and his sisters-in-law, Debora Rader Buckner and Patsy Rader. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
