He was predeceased by: his father Harrison Edward "Kookie" Madison. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Bush Madison; his wife Tarita Thomas Madison; his children, Tia Cherise Madison, Miasha Madison and Zuri Madison; and his sister Stacy Borders (Tony). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
