He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Riggs, Sr and Rosella Howard Price; and his brother Donnie Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Jean Null Riggs; his daughter Willa Delong (Kenny King); his grandchildren, Ryne Collins, Kristen McCulloch, William McKinney and Hallie Delong; his great grandchildren, Jordan Adams and Calla Rosella McCulloch; and his siblings, Barbara Leininger (Dan), Brenda Paul and Billy Keith Riggs (Connie).
