He is survived by: his daughter Sabrina Moore Rader of Lexington, Kentucky; his sister Ruth Oliver Mann of Morristown, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, David Wickliff Rader of Lexington, Kentucky. and Anna Elizabeth Rader of Lexington, Kentucky..
