She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Beulah Welcher and Maloney "Doc" Turner; her brothers, Johnny, Earl and Bill Turner; her half-sister Francis Isaacs; her husband Lee Cecil; her daughters, Colleen Cecil Vanover and Tanya Cecil; her siblings, JoAnn Maxwell, Zelma Potter and Chester "JuneBug" Turner; her granddaughters, Hannah Bell of Somerset, KY, Faith and Mercy Vanover of Lexington, KY; her son-in-law Eric Vanover; and her great grandchildren, Annalee of Somerset, Wesley of Somerset and Maverick of Somerset. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and close friends.
