He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Leslie "Buck" Williams, Sr. and Aletha Sousley Williams; his wife Jane Fister Williams; his son Walter Leslie "Bucky" Williams III; and his siblings, Harriet Frouxides and Bill Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Annmarie Williams (Jackie McClanahan) and Eric Christopher Williams (Beata); his grandchildren, Stephanie E. Williams and Eric Z. Williams; and his sister Evelyn M. Withers (Harold). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
