He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Garth, Sr. and Mary R. Garth. He is survived by: his brother Frederick K. Garth (Donna); his nieces, Dr. La Tarsha M. Miller (Harry) of North Canton, Ohio and Dr. Chanel Garth of Delaware, Ohio; and his great-nephew Raphael J. Miller of North Canton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
