He is survived by: his wife Toots; his children, Butch Courtney (Brenda), Karen Crowe (Jerry) and Kathy Bowling (Jim); and his siblings, Bill Courtney, Zetta Montgomery and Pat Gardner. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
