He is survived by: his wife Pam Collis of Lexington; his children, Mary Eugenia Wakefield (Tom) of Louisville, KY, Rebecca Lee Wood (Kip) of Danville, CA and Walter Clay Cox III of Lexington, KY; his granddaughters, Sarah Elizabeth Wood, Charlotte Lee Wood of Atlanta, GA and Mary Katherine Hale (Alex) of Louisville, KY; his great grandchild Anna Katherine; his niece Peggy Lou Sharp (Billy); his great-niece Jami SharpWilson (Wes); and also, Olivia and Ariel of Lancaster.
