He is survived by: his wife Beverly Sandusky Underwood; his children, Emily Randall (Ben), Laura Taylor (Vince), Greta Evans and Chad Underwood (Jessica); his grandchildren, Troy, Jackson, Amanda, Kristen and Will; and his siblings, Tim Underwood (Connie) and Jackie Lange (Doug). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
