He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wallace Clark and Violet Lydia Wafford Hopkins. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Phillips (Justin); his grandchildren, James and Myah; his siblings, Sue Mardis, Marian Griffith, Mary F. Bailey, George W. Clark, Jr. (Linda) and Johnnie Ray Clark; and his siblings-in-law, Roy H. Mardis, David Griffith, Bobby Bailey and Barbara Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
