He is survived by: his wife Dotty Jo Milbern Norris; his sons, Vernon Talmadge Norris III (Dee) of Winchester and Joda Milbern Norris (Annhall) of Danville; his siblings, Melinda Douglas (Danny) of Hustonville, George Norris (Jan) of Louisa, Gregory Norris (Jeannie) of Lexington and Jerry Norris of Hustonville; and his grandchildren, Sabree Norris and Edward Riley Norris.
