It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie Harman Cecil of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Crowe Harman and Allen Harman; and her brother Tommy Harman. She is survived by: her children, Brandon Cecil (Joni) and Katie Cecil Cotton (Roderick); her grandchildren, Libby Cecil, Kynleigh Cecil, Sloan Cecil, Kaelyn Cotton, TaVian Cotton, Camdyn Cecil and Londyn Cecil; her husband William "Peanut" Cecil; and her siblings, Teddy Harman (Debbie), Karen Guarnieri (Gino), Randy Harman (Kathleen), Billy Harman and Leslie Ham (Eric).
