We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Tyler A. Mattox of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Morehead, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry Mattox, Dallas and Ovilla Harris. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Mattox (Tonya) and Shelia Harris Smith (Dana); his wife Jesshia Wagoner Mattox; his son Trenton; his siblings, Teri Mattox, Taylor Mattox and Kyle Baylor; and his grandmother Shirlene Mattox. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Boone-Nickell Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
