He is survived by: his children, Decambry Phillips, Camari Phillips and Chazarri Phillips; his grandchild Jemari Shearer; his brother Roman Phillips (Stephanie); and his nieces and nephews, Alaysha Linton-Phillips, Trinity Yocum, Zada Phillips and Houston Phillips. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
