He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Campbell and Edna Campbell. He is survived by: his spouse Flonnie M. Kennedy Campbell of Lexington; his son Steven Troy Campbell (Kristin); his granddaughters, Michele Martinek (Joe) and Jessi Campbell (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Daniel Martinek, Jensen, Jamisen Troy and Josie-Beth Smith; and his sisters, Thelma Embry and Rhoda East. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
