She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Warren and Sandy Warren; and her uncles, David Braught, Bruce Anthony and Jerome Langenkamp.

She is survived by: her brother Michael Warren of Ohio; her niece Veronica Cornett (Nathan) of Ohio; and her aunts, Marilyn Braught, Becki Anthony and Marianne Langenkamp. She is also survived by many cousins, friends and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in honor of Ms. Tracy Warren to the Lexington Humane Society.
