He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Edward Metcalf and Audrey Mae Collett Metcalf; his grandparents, Joseph, Gracie Mathes Collett, William Edgar and Maggie Roberts Metcalf; and his brothers, Jimmy Collett and Steve Collett.
He is survived by: his children, T. J. Metcalf and Brittany Metcalf (Timothy Elkin); his granddaughter Presley Lyric Grace Elkin; his brother Thurman Metcalf, Jr. (JR); and his former wife Jeannie Metcalf. He is also survived by other relatives and close friends.
