She was predeceased by: her father James Hurt (Carolyn Bir Hurt). She is survived by: her husband Claude Houser (Ray); her son Jarad; her mother Carolyn Smith; her siblings, Dr. James Hurt (Jamie) and Tracy Dugan; and her grandchildren, Bowen, Kendall and Lucille Houser.
