He was predeceased by: his parents, Libby Foreman and Harry Foreman; and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Foreman of Georgetown, KY and Evan Foreman of Lexington, KY; his siblings, Tony Foreman (Stacy) of Wichita, KS, David Foreman of Paris, KY and Lynn Rose of Paris, KY; and his former wives, Kendra Foreman of Lexington, KY and Royce-Ann Marcum of Daytona, FL.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
