He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Scully and Katherine Matilda Scully; his siblings, John Kearney Scully, Annelle Scully, Martin Joseph Scully Jr., Margaret Schwendeman, Donald Scully and Judith Moore; and his daughter-in-law Heather Scully.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Scully; his sons, Timothy C Scully Jr. (Tammy), Robert Todd Scully, Martin Andrew Scully and Donald John Scully (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Timothy C. Scully III, Jospeh Todd Scully, Katherine Rodriguez, Jon Patrick Scully, Christopher Aiden Scully, Sarah Parrales, Matthew Kelty Scully, Stephen Carter Scully, Annelle Martha Scully and Orion Charles Scully; and his sister-in-law Shirley Gaffney Scully. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
