He is survived by: his mother Wanda Dunn of Lexington, KY; his wife Ivina Oakley Brewer; his children, David Bramlett of Georgetown, KY, Bobby Williams of Lexington, KY, Desirae Brewer of Lawrenceburg, KY and Ashley Estep of Richmond, KY; and his brothers, Kenneth Brewer (Sandra) of Goshen, KY and Artie Brewer (Crystal) of Winchester, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
