We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2021, at the age of 94, Thomas Paige Collins (Lexington, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Collins and Cyrus Collins; his wife Treva Grigsby Collins; his sister Francis Collins Johnson; and his grandson James Powell McFarlan IV.
He is survived by: his niece Debbie Combs; his brother Owen Collins; his children, Rebecca Collins McFarlan, Thomas Randall Collins, Jonathan David Collins and William Grayson Collins; and his grandchildren, Paige Lubbers, Lauren Cohen, Elaine Collins, Will Thomas Collins, Jon Keith Collins, James Fletcher Collins, Anna Collins, Madalyn Collins, Rachel Collins, Leah Collins, Grayson Collins, Charles Andrew Collins, Sarah Collins and Mary Grace Collins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to one or more of the following: Southern Hills United Methodist Church, Wesley Village, or the Salvation Army.
