He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter McIntosh and Helen McIntosh; his wife Ruth Ann; his son Christopher McIntosh; his siblings, Lawrence, Johnny Price Coomer, Robert Lee McIntosh and Anna Sue Lightfoot; his nephew Ralph "Ralphie" Coomer, Jr.; and his brother-in-law David Caudell, Sr..
He is survived by: his daughter Doris Sizemore (Barry Wright); his grandchildren, Kayle Sizemore of Lexington, Chrysta of Georgetown, Kentucky and Christian McIntosh of Georgetown, Kentucky; his siblings, Ralph, Dana Coomer and Donnie Coomer; his nieces and nephews, Teresa Coomer Mays, Paula Lightfoot Peake, Marissa Shuler, David Caudell, Jr., Shane Coomer, Lindsy Coomer, Chris Deaton, Ashley Flanery, Keith Flanery, Johnny Steven McIntosh, Vanessa Emry and Larry Coomer; and his pet Oliver. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
