He was predeceased by: his father Jay Collar. He is survived by: his mother Cleva Collar; his wife Jane Collar; his siblings, Susan Martin (Joseph) and Dan Collar (Susan); and his children, Emily Hanners (Matt), Nicholas Collar (Magan) and Andrew Collar.
A Tom Collar Memorial Fund is being set up for donations to honor Tom's memory.
