He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Francis Halloran and Natalie Russ Halloran; his wife Frances West Halloran; his children, Rebecca (John Farris) of Lexington and Grant Halloran (Marita) of Franklin, Tenn.; his grandchildren, Addie, Julianna, Natalie Farris, Alessandra, Eleanor and Thomas Halloran; his brother-in-law Arthur Donaghy; his sisters, Susan Faith Donaghy and Martha Catherine Palladino; and his brother-in-law Donald Palladino.
