With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa Conway Hart of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on July 19, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas John and Jane Reilly Conway. She is survived by: her husband John Duncan Hart; her children, Moira Dalibor (Eric) of Lexington, Alane Osborne (Kyle) of Sewannee, TN and Madeline Hart (Braden Stromdahl) of Dayton, OH; her grandchildren, Gwen, Peter, Harriet Dalibor, Clive and Fiona Osborne; and her siblings, Katie Miller (Mike), Michael Conway, Meggan Conway, Patrick Conway (Jennifer) and Julie Bell (Louie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
