She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Benton May, Sr. and Mabel May (Welch); her husband Clarence Robert Eve; and her siblings, Henry May, Leslie Elston "Jethro" May, James Thurston May, Sr., Bennie Carroll May, Thomas Benton "Tommy" May, Jr., Kenneth D. May, Evelyn Willhoite and Mary Jane Fuller.
She is survived by: her children, Deanna Sontag (Doug) of Lexington, KY, James Eve (Sidney) of Winchester, KY, John Darren Eve of Lexington, KY and Brian Scott Eve (Lori) of Lexington, KY; her grandsons, James Christian Eve (Michelle) of Amarillo, TX and Brian Thomas Eve of Amarillo, TX; her great grandchildren, Marcus and Anthony Eve; and her brother Carlos May (Charlotte) of Dupont, IN. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
