We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2022, at the age of 73, Surur Joseph Dawahare of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Jenkins, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harding Dawahare and Evelyn Dawahare; and his grandson Patrick Denehy. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mendez Dawahare; his children, Thomas Dawahare (Melissa), Emily Denehy (Kevin) and Anne Jenks (Rich); his grandchildren, Knox, Jax Dawahare, Fiona, Eva Denehy and Evelyn Grace Jenks; and his siblings, Harding Dawahare (Gayle), Selma Owens (Eddie), Nellie Wilkinson (Harvie), William Dawahare (Anne) and Frank Dawahare (Theresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
