She is survived by: her children, Greg Spradlin (Terry) of Covington, KY and Pam Leslie (John Paul) of Lexington, KY; her siblings, Danny Colvin (Betty) of Paintsville, KY, Betty McFaddin of Ewing, KY and Bonnie Davis; her grandchildren, Amanda Thomas (Kenny), Allison Bailey (Royce) and Zachary Spradlin (Brigid Quinn); and her great grandchildren, Avery, Elin Thomas, Meredith and Norah Bailey.
