He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Nicley and Jenny Nicley. He is survived by: his son Hershel (Jenny McClure Nicley); his wife Mary Ann Stephens Nicley; his stepchildren, Robby Stephens (Krissy) of London, Sabrina Stephens (Sebastian Smith) of London and Ashley Malicoat (Preston) of London; his sister Tammy Ledford (Edward) of Lexington; and his nephew Cody Nicley of Lexington.
