He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Capps; his children, Stephanie Capps and Fred "Donut" Capps; and his granddaughter Lana Miller.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Rd (3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40513). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
