He was predeceased by: his former wife Sarah Glass; and his stepson John Sledd. He is survived by: his wife Marie Glass; his daughter Kathleen Rivers (David); and his stepchildren, George Sledd (Pam), Julie Proctor, Nick Garten, Laura Howard (Kenneth Sexton), Sheila Cummins (Eric) and Bryan Garten. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
