He is survived by: his children, Joseph Neal Lowery of Nicholasville, Tara Tecau (Nicholas) of Nicholasville and Abby Sams (Jarred) of Nicholasville; his grandson Jacob Tecau (Lauren) of Lexington; his great grandchild Elizabeth Tecau; his sister Katherine Martin (John) of Nicholasville; and his half-brothers, Jerry Lowery (Cathy) and Gary Lowery.
