She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard C. Perry and Myrtle Perry (Baker); her daughter Julie Dawn Hall; and her siblings, Howard "Sonny" Perry and Vivian K. Semones.

She is survived by: her husband Donald C. Hall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
