She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackie Perrine and Frankie Perrine of Spencer, WV; and her sister Karen Sue Blair of Warsaw, IN.. She is survived by: her children, Santanna Williams, Ka'Shaun Hamer, Mahallah Saadiq, Bella Saadiq, Corey Knepper, Malkia Grewe, Rhylee Jaynes, Liam Jaynes, Anthony Irvine, Nicholas Irvine, Gabrielle Cretcher and Isabel Cretcher; her great grandchildren, Stephanie, Tiergan, Lily, James, Mason, Phoenix, Reagan and Wren; her nephew Andrew Riley; and her great-niece Alaina Riley. She is also survived by her twin sister were raised by their grandparents after losing their mother.
