He is survived by: his children, Tafa Tamminga (Wayne), Kera Lenard (Bobby), Dawn Duncan (Chad) and Adam Le'Oso (Mandy) of Longmont, CO; his grandchildren, Travis, Carter Lenard, Aaliyah Hunter, Hunter, Taya, Caleb Tamminga, Connor, Carley Duncan, Natalie Strait and Nevaeh Le'Oso; and his great grandchild Talia Duncan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Woodford County Humane Society or the American Heart Association.
