He was predeceased by: his daughter Angelina; and his brother Shane Koehler. He is survived by: his daughters, Sophie and Skylar of Lexington; his brother Jeffrey Koehler (Patricia); his niece Mariah Koehler; and his nephew Michael Koehler.
