We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2020, at the age of 70, Sandra Lee Barrett (Lexington, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Helen Louise Bietz (Massingale). She is survived by: her son Richard McDowell (Angela); her siblings, Charles Bietz, Jr. (Nancy) and Debra Bietz; her grandchildren, Nicholas Lee McDowell, Joshua Daniel Bartley and Mashawnda Nicole Bartley; her great grandchild Angelina Bartley; her nephew Gary Bietz (Vicki); her great-nieces, Kelsey Newland and Britney Bietz; her friend Crystal Harris; and also, Khloe Davis, Cathy Tew and Debra Stone.
