With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Head (Lexington, Kentucky), born in Welch, West Virginia, who passed away on July 14, 2023 at the age of 18. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Ralph, Callie Peed, Walter and Carolyn Head. He is survived by: his mother Alicia; his brother Jeremiah; his son Jax; his grandparents, Weller, Janet Head and Patsy Williams; his uncle Walter (Carolina); his aunt Caroline (Greg); and his cousins, Aiden, Elena, Emily and Callie.
