He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Lee and Irene Lee; his son Samuel David Lee II; and his siblings, Noah Lee, Jr., Rondall Lee, Wilma Faye Stokley, Mathew Lee, Glenda Taylor, Jerry Lee and Gary Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Suzanne Feran (Brennan), Michelle Shipley (Todd) and Monica Becherer (Edmund); his grandchildren, Kelsi Edelen (Andy), Zachary Shipley (Samantha), Browning Becherer, Bennett Becherer, Jay Becherer, Joseph Becherer, Denver Feran and Maverick Feran; his great grandchildren, Melanie Becherer, Ellie, Evan Edelen and Emaline Shipley; and his siblings, Mattie Wasson, Gloyd Lee, Charlotte Sparks, Louise Merion (Derek), Bonnie Derickson (Henry) and Tami Snyder.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - E. Main (463 E Main St, Lexington, KY 40507). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
