She is survived by: her children, Larry Todd Shepherd (Faye) of Lexington and Eugenia Wardle (David) of Lexington; her stepchildren, Carla Clark (James) of Lexington and James Lewis Muddiman of Lexington; her siblings, Nannie Huckle and Billy Spickard; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Smallwood. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
