He is survived by: his spouse Karlin Upton Ghabrial; his parent Ansaf Ghabrial; his children, Amin Ghabrial (Alondra Schweizer Burguete), Leila O'Carra (Ronan) and Nadia North (Micah); his siblings, Hoda Banoub (Fawzi) and Fouad Ghabrial (Katy); his grandchildren, Lucia, Marcello, Burguete Ghabrial, Liam, Ewan, Sophie and Jackson; and his nieces and nephews, Amal Bassilios (Sami), Bassem Banoub (Dora), Nadra Sedrak (David), Christina Gabriel, Yvonne Brady, Michelle Greenbaum, Sam El-Halawani (Carrie), Mona Means (Chad) and Christopher Powell.
