It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Cecile Keller of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Mauston, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Wayne Bartilson and Cecile Bartilson (DeSoto). She is survived by: her daughters, Alicia Manfredi of Richmond, KY and Kelsey Southworth of Richmond, KY.; her siblings, Elizabeth Williams, Stan Bartilson and William Bartilson; and her grandchildren, Clarissa, Annabelle, Mason, Charlotte and Wendell.
