She was predeceased by: her parents, John Samuel Goff and Susie Bolton Goff; her spouse Brooks Muggeridge; her siblings, John A. Goff of St. Louis, Missouri and Barbara Brandon of Lexington; and her son-in-law James Raymond Lawrence of Lexington.

She is survived by: her daughter Patricia C. Muggeridge Lawrence of Lexington; and her brother Bill Goff of Dexter, Missouri..

Donations may be made in Ruby's name to Rosemont Baptist Church and Bluegrass Care Navigators / Hospice of the Bluegrass.
