It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Cecilia Blakeman (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on November 16, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Buford Blakeman; and her parents, Michael Kelley and Ethel Beadle Kelley.
