He was predeceased by: his father James Rowland; his wife Patricia Jean Evans (Rayman); his brother John Richard Evans; and his granddaughter Julie Marie Bond. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth E. Anderson of Augusta and Jill Shearer (Martin) of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kate Schwartz (Ryan) of Bethel Springs, Donnie Bond of Augusta, Georgia of Lexington, Kentucky, Samantha Jean Shearer of Lexington, Kentucky and Evan John Shearer of Lexington, Kentucky; and his brother William James Evans of Tehachapi. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.
