He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Sr. Sebastian and Loudemia Sebastian (Stamper); his wife Brenda Gayle Sebastian; and his siblings, Mary Lois Mayes and Curtis Ray Sebastian.
He is survived by: his brothers, Paul Sebastian (Louise) of Indiana and Alex Eugene Sebastian (June) of Ohio; his brother-in-law Bill Mayes; his nieces and nephews, Paula Rottinghaus (Dan), Rita VanMeter (David), April Andis, Brian Hoskins (Stacey), Lisa Mayes and Joey Mayes (Candace); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexis Byrd, Kylie, Aubrey Hoskins, Emily Strong (James), Dawson Thatcher and Nathan Mayes. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
